At That Sip Wellness, we take pride in providing fresh, high-quality cold-pressed juices made with care and premium ingredients. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we have the following refund policy in place.

Returns & Refunds

Because our juices are made fresh and are perishable, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered or picked up.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive:

  • A damaged item
  • An incorrect order
  • A product that appears spoiled upon delivery

Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the product
  • A brief explanation of the issue.

Once reviewed, we may offer:

  • A replacement product
  • Store credit
  • A partial or full refund when appropriate

Delivery Issues

Customers are responsible for ensuring the correct delivery address is provided at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered by the customer. If your package is delayed due to the shipping carrier or weather conditions, we will do our best to assist, but refunds are not guaranteed for carrier-related delays beyond our control.

Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 2 hours of purchase. Once production or preparation begins, cancellations cannot be made.
